Seriously, tho, I think its more a matter of you're only as old as you act. That doesn't mean acting in an immature fashion, but rather doing the things that you enjoy, that make you feel alive inside. I think too many "older" people simply let the grind of everyday life dilute their memory of what made them happy and glad and excited to be alive
