allie with a ! in it!

got pasta?

1/2 litre 35% cream
1 small yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
white wine if you feel spiffy!
good handful of sundried tomatoes

OK

Dice up that onion and garlic real good like. Sautee for a widdle bit. add wine. Then, add the cream and tomatoes. reduce for a while, then puree with hand blender. If you donut have a hand blender and will use a regular one, let me know. Make it taste good with salt and pepper. Bit of lemon juice at the end.

Donut cook on high heat, the cream will boil over making on large mess. I can't count how many times I have done that. This sauce can be kept for a couple days in the fridge. IT will get hella thick when cold.

Donut add the lemon juice at the beggining, it will cause the cream to curdle and make cheese. bad news.

When cooking pasta, the bigger the pot the better, so that there is more water to absorb the starch and prevent it from boiling over. It will also cook quicker. To tell if it is done, there will be a little white dot in the middle of the pasta when you cut a noodle in half. You can strain it, toss it in oil, cool it to room temprature, put in fridge and just put in boiling water to heat up for dinner time.

The chicken can also be cooked before hand as well, you can tell when it is done, you poke it with a knife and the juice runs clear. Remember, it will keep cooking a bit after it comes out of the oven from the heat. Slice it when cool OK
