Just saying goodbye...

I'm leaving for a meditation retreat in/near Merrit today and will be gone for ten days, eep! I never really told many people about it, so I figured I'd say good bye to my raver friends so no one thinks I dissapeared (I have a tendency to up and leave on vacations without telling anyone.. oops).

So.. yeah. Don't miss me too much, and I'll be back in a bit over a week aallll refreshed!!

aww thanks for the support guys, it was an amazing experience. And yes I will be out more often and being in contact with the people I want in my life (all of which include everyone of you guys) I realized before i left that it was completely stupid of me to NOT spend time with such awesome people so, now its just so much more clear.

Erica, and anyone else who is interested, there is actually a center just out side of merrit and they do courses twice a month. It's an awesome experience, a little rough at times, and Its wierd adjusting to being back in civilization (or even being to talk for that matter), but I'm sooo glad I went and its such a wonderful technique of mediation. You should all check it out.

their student info site is vipassana.org, and I have a bunch of pamphlets packed up somewhere with links to a more informational site (then again you could just look up vipassana mediation and find info on it :)
