Sure, but the only thing you really need to know about Surrey is don't look anybody in the eye if you don't want them to talk to you. Although it is funny talking to random strange people on the street sometimes though.

And the only real gang's are indo-canadian, but they're cool for the most part as long as you don't fuck with them.
