this sounds dangerous to me bryan...

but if you eat it and you don't die/get sick/grow an extra arm then i will defintly try some.

Apparently it's really easy because you just buy the bacteria and throw all the stuff together and then let it sit in your fridge (after cooking it a little bit)... but i will try it first so don't worry. Although growing an extra arm would be pretty handy (man that was punny...)

FYI, i'm putting one of these in my chili...
