Spooky Refund Thread - Page 2

Not sure which forum to put this in, but I got my money returned for my spooky ticket, however it was only 45 bucks not the 75 I paid for it. I'm expecting to get screwed here, the price was on the ticket and I even wrote down what I paid for it. I mean seriously, that's poor.. what should I do here/ who should I contact. It's not that I REALLY care, just the fact that twisted are probably screwin over a bunch of people and keeping lots of money and if they aren't willing to give me all my money back then I won't be lookin to buy tix to their events again.

I will have Avana look into this ASAP. We have kept all the refunds/tickets, etc.

It was 65 .. Because we went at the same time to replay.. It was actually 67 but the 2 dollars is their service charge.. I got my refund back as 65.

Everything was mailed Monday. I expect it will take 2 weeks for some to get a refund cheque.

I think the fact that you got ANY cheque shows that they aren't trying to keep your money. A large number of refunds were issued; human error is possible. I know there were very few special cases where only partial refunds were issued, but these people were advised. Avana will check if you were one of these cases or just an honest mistake... be assured accurate records and all mail was kept, and Twisted/Swingkids will ensure you get what you are entitled.

No money was made by Twisted and Swingkids on this show BEFORE any refunds were issued... these refunds were an unprecedented courtesy and I think you should think twice before posting such allegations. I'm not saying your post is unjustified but attacking a company doing you a courtesy is uncalled for, a simple inquiry would have been sufficient.
