does your phone have a SIM card in it? ie: Fido or Rogers? if so your address book is stored on THAT little sim card, if not... sorry

I know TELUS does this so I'm sure Bell does as well, but you can go to retail stores and they can download and print your directory for a small charge. The phone just needs to be able to power on. Mine couldn't get a signal or get the screen to work.

Check underneath your Battery. Usually they're in a slot around there.

Bell doesn't have sim cards, neither does Telus (I found this out the hard way about both companies)

Oh and as for the sim card... my phone doesn’t have one BUT you can buy software to retrieve your phone book form your phone... Too bad I don’t have the cash for it right now :(
