mmmmmkay.. so im living in new west now :) and. im wanting to know who else lives over here.. just for future information.. such as taking the night bus home... or predrinking. things like that. also if anyone knows who's hiring over here... i need to know it all!

New West sucks Chicagos is a reminder of the Ozone floor of old except stickier and the patrons are ugly, the casino is crooked and took my money way to fast though I do like the book kiosk at the Quay.

If you live in New West and are looking for a job, check out Metrotown, there are so many places in there to pick from; restaurants, coffee shops, home decor places, clothing stores, department stores, the list is endless. Plus you can take a skytrain right there!

Well for starters New West doesn't suck... In fact it is in the middle of some serious expansion and there are new appartments and condos going up all over the city. Which is why I chose to still live here. Besides it is in the middle of everywhere, you are basically 30mins from anywhere you wanna be.

Anyways, the tip about going to Metrotown is a pretty solid one cuz it is right on the skytrain, there isn't realy that much as far as retail goes on in New West, unless you know heeps about bridal wear (Columbia St. is all about bridal wear) There are also a few decent pubs Such as Rivers Reach in New West, but agreed the clubs are pretty dodgy; of them all Fever is the best I think though (yes insert it is studio54 comment) but it is has been fully renovated and it is quite a nice looking place as well as a staff overhaul. So if you hated 54 great but take a look at Fever before going on about it :D (and no I don't work there)
