i'm indifferent.

i dont celebrate it, my close friends know i dont; so we have an understanding that there is no exchanging of presents, yuletide cheer, etc.

the only thing i like about it is egg nog.

why can't u get egg nog year round?

christmas is a big waste of money...i would rather buy things for ppl all year round than have to do it on a certain day, and have to finacialy recover for a month

i dindt get a christmas last year being in china and all. we all just rented a hotel and drank absynthe and popped e.. and watched creepy old asian men run after us white girls..that is a christmas i wont forget. and i dont think i missed much not being in canada and celebrating with a family that thinks im the devil. i should just run away this christmas..

Christmas is okay, I'm not a complete hater or anything, but I just can't stand it when it's being crammed down your throat soo damn early! If there was a law that made any Christmas decorations/music illegal until atleast the Dec. 1st I'd be much happier.

christmas is over rated... i prefer to think of winter as a good season, for it has good content. not christmas as a good day ( although it is ).

Christmas is great if you can manage to separate yourself from the commercialism of it all. Don't spend a fortune on presents but make time to see the friends and family you love.

I find that most of the people who 'hate' Christmas hate it for the things that are really avoidable if you look at it. You don't have to be broke, you don't have to give in to the 'buy,buy,buy' mentality.

For me I get to spend time with all my family and all my friends, have some good food, good laughs, good drink (ahhh rum n' eggnog), and good times. How can that be bad? It's all in how you approach it.

i'm a total suck for christmas(jay we've spoken about this before)! i have a super close family and really young brothers and sisters........so christmas at my place is like it was when you were 7!

and for the most part i enjoy spending my money on friends and family.
and i love christmas songs and old movies like "little drummer boy", "roudolph the rednose reindeer", "frosty the snowman", "muppet christmas carol"........ah, yeah i sound totally lame!

okay and yeah malls suck this time of year but really, its not about the malls........its about the food and booze :) hahaha

2) Set price limits
3) Spend it with the people you love (be it friends or family)
4) Avoid listening to the radio from Nov. 15 - Dec. 24 - Grab your CD/MP3 player.

These are the things that keep me from going mad at Xmas. After working in retail at Xmas for 5 years, I've learned a few things. SO GLAD I don't have to this year! :y:
