Take a drink when you see/hear the following cliches:

When Tyra flutters her eyelashes during elimination after calling on one of the girls.
When Jade refers to herself in the third person or says she is the "undiscovered super-model".
When one of the girls impersonates another contestant or judge.
When one of the girls mentions she's going to win ANTM.
When the judges ask, "Where's (name)? We don't see her personality."
When Nigel says something sexual.
When Sara says she's never had any experience modeling.

When Tyra gives her "I have __ beautiful girls before me..." speech. (take a gulp!)
When you see blatant product placement, ie: Special K
When Twiggy mentions a girl's "eyes" or how someone reminds her of herself.
When either of the Jay's roll their eyes.
When anybody cries.
When Nnenna's "African"-ness is brought up by anyone but herself. ie: "She's like an African goddess!"
When Tyra mentions her talk-show, her younger days as a model, or her mother

When Furonda combs her weave or Jade complains about her hair.
