hey im celebrating my 20th next friday at my work (paramount earls.. hornby and smithe).. at 9. so April 21st at 9! I have the upstairs booked, so i can fit 18 sitting and plenty more room for standers/minglers. Then heading over to agrodave's kegger... come for some predrinks/apps/dinner! if u want to go to daves kegger...remember to email him your name/group. =)

saturday im going to askillz at Shine.. i have a limited amount of glist spots available.. but it is only valid before 11. so if u want to get a few dollars off at the door.. call me earlier on sat and we'll organize a group to all head down there before 11. =)

Burned?!? -- No one is getting burned so WTF. Ungreatful mofo's.

Shine on a regular Saturday night is nuts at the door. Even if you have "elite VIP cards" or whatever, they still make you wait. Showing up at 12:30AM on a regular Shine night means you simply don't get in or you wait 2 hours. This week they have a headliner in from the UK which means it makes more sense to get there early as it will be busy regardless.

Bev - I know it's your birthday and I've sorted you for free and your friends for $5 off a ticket each which is pretty good I think. I want to make sure that you and all your friends are inside and having a good time as it's your birthday! If they show up after 11, I can't guarantee that they won't be waiting outside for awhile hence the 11PM cut off.

I don't think it's too much to ask.
