Z-Trip is playing at this party! -- Hot damn!

Hollywood’s movie and music industry will rub shoulders with the crème of gaming development at Access 2006, a high profile party event on the evening of Wednesday May 10. The event at the House of Blues on Sunset Boulevard is sponsored by Best Buy, EA, Activision, BPM Magazine, Video Game Television Management and LucasArts.

Access 2006 will feature performances by top DJ’s Benji and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte, Samantha Ronson, Kid Millionaire, Z-Trip and BT. Invites have gone out to such entertainment luminaries as Paris and Nicky Hilton, Jessica Alba, Nicole Richie, Jessica Biel, Ashlee Simpson, Adrian Grenier, Nick Lachey, Hilary Duff, Pharrell Williams, Shannon Elizabeth, Jeremy Piven, Jerry Ferrara, Vin Diesel and Shane West.

Stephen Royes, president of Video Game Television Management said. “Access E3 is celebrating the collaboration of Hollywood and video games, and where best to do that than the House of Blues on Sunset Blvd.”

“Gaming is a big part of the overall entertainment experience today and this party is proof of that,” said Jill Hamburger, VP of video games at Best Buy.

The party starts at 9pm and runs until 2am, with celebrities taking part in gaming challenges between 10pm and midnight. The smart money would be on Vin Diesel to come out on top here.

i remember running into a buddy of mine at costco awhile back and he was buyin vin diesel an x box or something, is he like some gaming hero?

I'll be at E3 but I have to work some magic to get into this one. I've been to this venue before - it's right on Sunset Blvd. Damn small and no doubt with all those hollywood types, they are going to have everything roped off.
