13-14 I think is ok to go to a rave AS LONG as no drugs are involved and the young teen is mature enough.
I took my sister to parties, not raves, but parties like keggers when she was 13. But then again anyone that knows my sister, she is so fuckin smart and mature.

This kid in the pictures does not like 13-14. He looks like he is 10 or 11. That is not cool. But I can't really judge cuz I don't know the kid or who he was with.
