well i know i wasnt wearing underwear. i got my outfit at american aparrell. its like a jogging outfit or something. it says they're shorts not underwear. and even if it was underwear, whats it to you? im not insulting what anyone else wears. infact cait and i have never done anything to bother anyone, we've been anything but mean. not quite sure where all the hate is coming from.

I don't think most of us were angry or even hating so much as laughing.

I don't want to speak for anyone but I think its maybe because some of us older girls have realized there's other (possibly more positive) ways to display our confidence and self-respect.

^ I agree. I don't find that seeing girls dress this way makes me angry so much as disappointed. I think there are much more classy ways for girls to carry themselves. I just find that dressing that way only receives negative attention. And I mean more from the perverts, not the girls commenting.

I think we have all gone through that stage in our life; but frankly I hated the way guys treated me when they only thought of me as a piece of meat on display. It was disgusting the things that were said to me, and gross the way guys thought it was an open invitation to paw at me.
I don't understand why people would put themselves in a situation that constantly attracts that kind of behaviour and negative attention.
I find there are still ways to dress attractive, that makes me feel good, without putting out the wrong message.

i guess i just dont see the side of nasty guys treating me bad because im with my boyfriend most of the time. i see your point though because i watch other girls got maulled by guys. there was girls wearing bathing suit tops and they're pants partially undone, but what i wear compared to anyone else doesnt seem to change anyones mind. im still going to wear what i want just like everyone else wears what they want

I think I made a thread about girls, and respecting themselves a couple months ago!

I dont know, theres nothing wrong with wearing 'revealing' clothing... to the right events, and as long as its, hummm, tastefull?
But wearing underwear to a rave is a bit much for me!
