it's just a matter of finding an affordable place for a dude to live in on his own, since it doesn't look like I'll have a roommate. I also need to be near a skytrain because the only part of the mainland I can navigate well in a car is East Van.


and east van is hella expensive. $650 for a one bedroom apartment just off hastings. fuck that.
