I love how so many people now refer to driving up to some side of some mountion, pulling off the side of the road and setting up tents and making a large bon fire out of wood flats and drinking beers untill they all pass out as "Camping"

While still fun times... I dont consider that camping!

Whatever happened to hiking up hills and getting lost in the woods for a couple of days. Fishing and open-fire cooking what you catch and finding views no one ever sees!

haha I didnt even see the rest of this thread till now, Stop filling it with hate you guys !!! Surreys not that bad, like clay said hes from there himself so if he was speaking badly, he was also talking about himself.
camping was pretty fun, it was a long drive down a bumpy dirt road and then we trekked across a river to get to the campsite. beer bong and floatation devices were in full use hah.

word! we should plan a real camping trip upon my arrival. Hike out into the woods, find a river and make camp. Swim, fish, and maybe hunt some grouse. Fresh grouse burgers are this shit if you don't mind the task of cleaning fowl.

Maybe take some of these soft city folk and survivorman it up for a weekend.
