I think if you are into trance, IMF is def. a better bargain. Oakenfold was AMAZING in 1999-2000 when his crates were full of the rarest and most mind-blowing tracks on the planet. Now his style has changed, he is producing (with only some success) and he is playing a longer show. Nu NRG is doing a live PA, which are always amazing. The other performers are also great ( while not being HUGE like oakenfold). IMF is the place for the hard stuff, Crave for the softer stuff.

Personally, ill be going to crave (due to my timetable) and might have to miss IMF. I think though that since i've already seen oakenfold before (and have experienced that anti-climax, since he will never be that good again) im looking more forward to IMF.

based on the quality of the production, the talent playing and track record....

you'll get a better bang for your buck at Crave.

i agree about oakey. oakeys turned pretty poppy lately i find and just doesnt match to what he was back in 99.... i still put on his old creamfields set all the time and fuckin love it... but the more recent stuff doesnt come close

but hes a legend and his stage presense should be an experience... lotta people worship the guy

mmm, i dunno, imf seems to have a better line up. sure, paul oakie is a tight ass dj and have to give him mad props, but then again, GUYVER! this guy will fuck the shit out of the candy kids, im serious! :P .. so, imf. :)
