I love going to pride. Last year, we went after Apex with some friends from Seattle. Niko and I were such zombies all day, and our amarican friends were very amused. Looks like this year will be much the same, but hopefully with more people.

i agree, i first thought a gay pride parade was dumb, but then i realized that it's just about having fun and raising awareness and trying to get being gay more accepted and open in society.

If you're proud of being straight...well come and enjoy the festivites...

its not just about being gay...

its not about just being straight ....

its about being proud of who you are...of not being afraid to show the world that you're proud of you. and thats what people are celebrating.

yes the overwhelming majority of people involved are gay, bisexual, transgender etc etc.
but thats because of what some people have already said in this thread....they are still a minority.
its becoming more and more even.

its not called the GAY pride parade...just pride parade

come down and be proud that:
-people have courage to come out...
-they have the guts to ride in a parade...
-that we have a country that seems to be more accepting of gays then some others.
-be proud of any relative or friend

-fuck just be proud that you are who you are, no matter if you're straight, gay etc.
