FNK XBOX - LAN PARTY "Halo 2"

After reading thorugh the many posts on fnk it looks like we could have a serious list of players for a local fnk xbox lan party. This would most likely take place on a weekend in a venue of our choice somewhere in the lower mainland. For now this is a roll call and based on the level of interest we might take this to the next level.

LAN REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 - Xbox console
• 1 - Tv of any size
• 1- Ethernet Cable
• 1 - Comfy chair
• 1 - Controller minimum
  

Xbox units will link via a 24 port router
Food & Drinks - Yes
$10 Entry Fee to cover venue + prizes

Halo 2 Tournament
Rainbow Six & Black Arrow
Men Of Valor
Ghost Recon 2
Unreal Championship
Return to Castle Wolfenstein

XBOX LAN ISSUES:
Live-enabled games that have been auto-updated won’t play with games that haven’t got the update(s).
If you’ve downloaded content like new maps or missions, your system linked friends will need to have the same content on their Xbox consoles.
You can’t use the Xbox System Link Cable with an Ethernet hub because it’s a cross-over cable (standard Ethernet cables are ‘straight-through’).

I think that party on the 27th (just what the doctor ordered) will have a Halo 2 lan party as well. I believe I am also holding one at my house sometime next week.

Im more then down to mopp the floor with some FNKer's. My skillz are l337. Somewhere downtown durring the week were we could setup shop, have a few brew and junk out on Halo2 sounds like a great dedication of my time.

If there is enough interest (say tourney of 12(min) contestants) we can map out some more specific details.
