I always notice the "hardcore jungle people" are always pressing their facist way onto others.
Stating things like it's a war between jungle and trance shows how close minded some are to diffrent forms of music. I like all diffrent kinds of music, I listen to trance, jungle, DnB, Breaks, House - I even booked kenny Ken and MC fearless for an upcoming show.

Only problem with Jungle in Vancouver is that once you start liking Jungle / DnB you have to adopt this attitude that all other forms of electronic music is obsolete. I find this to be quite pathetic but if you read the forums around FnK you will see that my statement is indeed fact, not fiction.

And Dabbler I know you are just itching to flame me for this post.
I respect you so damn much. When it comes to DnB and Jungle you are my fave Local without a doubt. When you spin at parties and I see your name on the flyer it makes me happy to know that other promoters / new promoters still see the best talent in the lower mainland in your genre.

However, I am constantly seeing you make all these posts along the lines of Jungle or Bust. And you are the one that used to preach not to be so close minded.
What happened to that mindset?

as to "fascist attitude" (which is a little harsh btw)...
it's jungle or bust because of how junglist view our community. it's seriously not just music for us, no joke..for lots of us, it's a way of life, a way of being. if someone ever find true love with jungle/DnB, they fucking know it! :D:
and once there, it rarely lets go. so seriously, don't think i'm hating on stuff, i'm just really into jungle, and can't see the forest for the tree's... haha

But for the record, It's not a Jungle VS Trance thing, it's a jungle (and sometimes it's occasional ally, breaks) VS everything, that dosen't have a broken beat.

Maybe I haven't lived the junglist life yet so I'm not able to comment...... y0.
