The flyer you happened to see was put out purely for editing reasons. It was so the promoters could proofread their portion of the flyer. I wouldn't criticize his work until you see the finished product. It also wasn't meant for you to see.

My name indeed is Ben, The flyer I purely dont mind, its looking better than last years, but the amount of writing got me. Besides though, as an Evolve Promoter that is also partaking in the planning phase for the Evolve Stage I thought it would be a good idea to give some construcive critisism since I wasnt able to partake in the initial meetings that you have setup for the promoters to attend. Im sorry if this "constructive critisism" seemed to stir up any controversy... overall though, keep up the good work Myles.

FYI as other promoters know unless you attend you will not be involved in any decision made at meetings (this was voted on and passed). Last meeting we took all suggestions for the flyer and passed these on to the designer. As mentioned then as well, it is the designers discretion to make any of these changes that do not involve content.
If you have any further suggestions may I recommend passing it on to the Evolve representative who will be attending the next meeting, or emailing Avana directly as the flyer is now nearing it's final stages.

Fully agreed, as for my suggestion, it was also supported by the Evolve Rep and written on the sheet for feedback at the meeting... I have no doubt that the real flyer will be fully revised and look 50% (and if not..more) better.
Yet again, im sorry for any inconveniencies that may have been caused.

I appreciate what you have said Ben - but as i told the promoters in the meeting. It is best not to point out to Myles online - or via email as it creates the "too many cooks in the kitchen" issue. It is best if all suggestions came from one source.

The flyer has a lot of content (text) as there are 16 stages. More than I normally allow. But it was there for them to correct any typos that there may have been. The flyer that I currently have now looks way different then what you saw.

If you want more of a handle on what is going on, on the show, may I recommend accompaning Alje when he comes to the meetings.

Agreed. Myles already addressed our concerns with the flyer directly and we have complete confidence in him that he wil make the flyer look spectacular as always.

there is no need for all this hub-ub! the flyer = siick (obviously)

on the inside fold, I have redesigned the map in a 3D with direct targets and lines attached to the production on that area.

the inside has been arranged and 'tightened' up to fit everyone, pictures with X marks the spot have been added.

everyones logo is displayed twice if not thrice!

enough yabbadabba, time to get this puppy off to print!
