Who is going to Diversity on Texada?

Heyo...I know it's early, but I would like to get things organized as soon as possible.

I would like to get a tally of who is driving up to Texada Island for the Diversity Festival in order to organize reliable carpools as an efficient means of getting as many excellent people there.

I'm looking for one or more of these options: A ride from (and possibly back to) Vancouver on Friday, July 15th with either one or more seats. Or (at least) two rides with one seat.
I don't mind catching the bus up to Powell River if I need to, but myself and at least one other will need a way to get from the ferry to the location of the party.

I also have a couple of bestest friends coming from Campbell River who don't have a car and really don't feel comfortable hitching a ride from the ferry to the party site. And so, if there is anyone who would be willing to pick them up from either Powell River or Texada, and provide them with the wonderful gift that is transportation, you will be gratefully thanked. And I'm sure there could be some gas moneys and whatnot if required.

Please let me know ASAP if you have a ride available for any of these options...cuz my friends have to schedule time off of work ahead of time if they are going. And they are only going if they have a ride.

I work in powell river every couple of months so I usually try to time that with texada.. Im unsure of my plans right now so Im useless.

How cant you freinds feel uncomfortable hitching a ride from powell river to texada?? Its the sunshine coast!
