Just a second here how could it not be a legal venue it has all the permits and exits first aid rooms fire suppression equiptment and all that jazzz. It is more of do the owners of the place want a bunch of damn dirty ravers fuckin with thiere shit. GM Place same thing you think the owners want you in there?? As I recall the owners of GM place were anti rave but with BC Place it's just a sound issue.
