i've been having the most rediculous time finding a job.. im a professional painter.. i've been fucked around by the last 3 bosses that i've had.. and im not happy about it at all.. i've searched all of the employment centers for legit painting companies and then some.. it's been months since i've had a decent job.. i've gone as far as working at temp agencies doing roofing for 9$/hr when i know that as a painter im worth 17-20$/hr.. does anyone have any ideas for me? cause im tapped right out.. or even better.. does anyone have a job for me?..

if there is any question as to my skill as a painter.. i've been doing it for 7 yrs and i know more than my last 2 bosses do about how to run a professional job site and i'll prove it to anyone who wants to put me to the test..

any help would be great guys.. any help at all..

Or you can apply at GlobeGround (Penaiulle Servisair) or Swissport at Vancouver International Aiport and have a job like me. :p

if u need somewhere to look go to start.shaw.ca and on the left hand side there should be a drop down go to the one that says employment and click on that, a page will come up scroll down and go to government job bank of canada, so many job listings for anything

i've been through the jobbank soo many times.. that's where i got the stupid boss's from before..
i just got a lead from california painting co. they want me to start tomorrow morning.. i just gotta show them that i know what im doing.. and then drop the bomb on them that they gotta hook up the big bones or i dont work..
you think its worth it to say no to a boss and hold out for better pay? or take it in the ass and get paid 10/hr when you know yer worth 17-20?

^ Honestly man, unless you're in a Trade Union I doubt that they'll pay you $17-$20 an hour. There's a lot of People that'll do it for cheaper. If you've got Paper to back up your skills then they'd probably consider it more.

$9/h for a roofer? that's harsh man.. you should be making $12-14 at least. That's hard work.
