downtown is so far for me :( especially when i have to work the next morning lol hell surrey is far for me but downtown is farther :(

We keep having this discussion even though it's really only Marty who suggests it. The bar closes at 12 so it gives everybody plenty of time to get home, and makes for a semi-early night since lots of people work fridays...
...nobody has suggested an alternative location that is a) not expensive b) easy to get to for a majority of people c) not busy enough/casual enough to acommodate a random group of 5 to 20 fnk'ers d)condusive to making it home at a decent hour...so for the meantime to avoid confusion I am going to veto any suggestion of changing location until someone comes up with a viable alternative. (I know that sounded bossy, but people keep getting confused)
