ummm, most people have options, why put in work when you can just get some one else unless you know for sure its worth it, and most of the times it isn't

If you have the idea that a dude should do all the work if he's interested, then you really need to bring your mentality to the present day, because in my opinion that belief is extremely old fashioned. Why would a dude put himself out there for a girl who who believes some attitude that is centuries old and may not even show interest on the outside? If you want someone to even put in an ounce of effort you HAVE to put yourself out there. Guys are just as much, if not more terrified of putting themselves out there and getting rejected. They won't be able to test the waters if they have no idea it's warm, know what i'm saying?
