are you ever driving down a steady path in life, and all of a sudden feel like jerking the wheel and running yourself off the road, upside down into a ditch? as you're sinking into the mud, trapped in a fortified tin can ashtray--your life flashes before your eyes, and whoever you are/whatever you were all seems oblivious to you. you wonder how you got stuck on that road, and why it took you so long to find the exit. eventually you give up trying to escape from the wreckage you've encaved yourself in and you doze off into a refuge of serenity. you're not dead and you don't want to die, but something is telling you to stay down and play things out. it's not like you're in a hurry to get up and back on that monotonous road anyways.

i think the best thing i ever did with my life so far was fuck it up. cuz now i've got the rest of my life to unfuck it. and that's not going to be a boring journey. sometimes it gets frustrating trying to pull yourself out of all the shit you got yourself into, but in the end i think you'll realize that the best times were had when you were struggling to get up outta that hole.

i think that's all i wanted to try to say.

Use the people around you too get stronger, you are lucky in that those people do care about you. You guys have formed a tight little group it seems, use each other.

thanks shannon. i'm not really used to relying on other people to help me get through rough times, usually i won't let anyone come near me when i'm fucked up. but i'm starting to realize how comforting it is to have great people around me all the time.
