Doesn't look like I am going to get the apartment so I am again looking for a roommate somwhere in Surrey/Delta.

The lady wants refs because of bad experiences and I don't have many, shes never delt with anybody on welfare and doesn't know if she wants to try and she thinks I might be a little young for her. Her add was very misleading too, it said phone Service, cable and internet all included.... well what she really ment is that there are all the possible hookups and jacks for me to use if I already have the items. The most odd part is that shes looking for a roommate yet her friend wants her to move in with her and shes going to look at the apartment on Tuesday. Her BF is from the UK and wants to move back next year and shes going to go with him. That means shes really just looking for somebody to take over the apartment.

yes usually they do have applications. so be prepared with information so you can fill it out there, but they usually let you take it home and come back with it later.

wow i am sending you vibes of respect, i am worried about school and work but after reading about your situation everything is put back in perspective. hopefully when you have everything dealt with you can get you high school done.
