lol I just pick up. If its my best friend I just say call back later Im having sex. Then she screams oh god lauren, and hangs up. Or I just have a short convo and hang up. I've even done it with my mom on the phone. I don't care, maybe thats strange, but it's better then her being in the room or something. Just don't say anything and laugh that they have no clue. But thats only if the phone is close by. If not Im not going to get up and talk.
