My best friend...
Got in a car accident on Saturday night. She texted my phone tonight and told me. She has 2 fractured vertebrae in her back, large bruising on her chest from the airbag, she's off work for 4-10 weeks, and while she's not bedridden, she's on constant bed rest. The accident wasn't her fault, so that's a good thing.
That's a really scary thing to hear. I don't see her very often, but we have the kind of friendship that it doesn't matter how little we see/talk to each other, things never change. I haven't seen her in more than a month and a half, and haven't talked to her in at least 2 weeks. To think I could have lost one of the greatest people I've ever known...The thought just throws me, ya know? It's her birthday tomorrow, and I'm going to see her on Sunday. This has just served as a reminder to tell my friends how much I love them, and to do it often. PS -+> For Soma: It was Wefy, not Nomi.

i kno wut u mean... my bestfriend lives in Abby & i live in MR...
one of our good friends died in a car accident couple months ago.. so since then ive always been worried.. like wut if i get a call that she got in a car crash.. it freaks me out.. i hope she gets better .

know exactly wut you mean... I'm now stayin like 2 blocks away from my best friends.. and 2 months ago... our other best friend... we were a trio.. well she passed away in her sleep... it made us realise how much we do care for each other and everything. It's a scary though...to hear something is happening to some one close to you!

i can def feel u on this one... my friend c-dawg just got outta the hostpital with a fractured vertabrae and a bruised aorta... airbags man.. they can do alotta damage that wouldnt be there otherwize... its really hard seeing all your friends get hurt like that... but at least they are alive and kickin, still breathing, and you'll get to spend more time with them. some people are not that lucky... and ever since last month, when my friends were hurt in an accident, i am freakd constantly that someone i know or myself even is going to get in some other tragic car related accident. its scary.....
