Body is Breaking.
Constant Fever, Headaches, Nausea, eating maybe 1 meal a day, if that.
Sleeping too much on days off and not sleeping enough before work days. Restless sleeps, tossing turning, waking up feeling like i barely slept at all. Waking up in cold sweats and having nightmares at least once every 2 nights. Dizzy, fogged perception and spaced out ALL the time. what the HECK is wrong?!? :( Tylenol isn't working anymore.

you get motivation to go out and do something, and you go out for an hour or so... start to feel sick again and just want to go home and crawl into bed :(

There is a super nasty flu flying around right now. This time, it really knocked me on my ass, tottally out of it, bed ridden for 4 days. I'm still taking extra-strength Advil with codine for the headaches and neck/back pain. I still get sick after every meal.
It's like the 4th time i have had the flu this season...

maybe its stress? that kinda stuff usually happens when you're making changes in your life.. i went through a similar state recently.. it was just after i started school again.. i got used to it and the sickness went away.. hope ya feel better hun :) gimme a call sometime tomorrow p.s.. eat!

Try some soup of the homemade variety. It has all sorts of yumminess in it that can start you on the road to recovery.
If you don't want to make it yourself, pick up the supplies and invite me over. I'll be more than happy to do it for you. :) This goes for both teh Missy and teh Gus.

it's prob'ly a combination of being sick AND getting older..
after a certain amount of abuse, whether it's a little bit over many years or a lot over a few years or whatever, your body starts to resist. rebel. i can't stay up past 4 am anymore, and even after 3 i start yawning and fading. i notice that when i wrinkle up my forehead not all the wrinkles disappear after i stretch my face out. you're my age, aren't you? we're the old folk!

heh, I'm going through the exact thing.
I've even been getting xtra sleep sometimes 7-10 hours of sleep a day, and still I'm so tired. I doubt it's oversleeping too, considering a few days ago I slept for like 10 hours then was so tired during the day, I ended up taking another 3 hour nap and was still fatigued throughout the entire day. Maybe it's the long workdays or something but I know how you feel.
