I don't think I could handle living alone.. I know for sure that I'd get way too lonely. :( Also, rent and bills are so much more manageable when 2 people are paying them.

i LOVED living on my own! somtimes at night when i'd go into my apartment i'd turn on every light just cause! but living on your own is TOTAL freedom! like stated before.......you do what you want, you only have over who you want, you can ask anyone to leave at anytime and if your shit gets wrecked, its your fault! ahhhhh, i can't wait!

is does get a little lonely sometimes, but for the most part it's great knowing that if there is a mess, YOU made it, everything will be where YOU put it, you can go to bed without any problems whenever YOU want, and besides you can have friends over whenever YOU like... so really, it's pretty dope.

when i move up to squamish in september...i don't think i want a roomy so i'll be by myself...never lived by myself before...i think i'm gonna be pretty scared the first little bit..i hate being by myself for long periods of time..

Moving into a place of my own was something I specifically wanted to do. I'm tired of living with family or roommates. Sure, the lonely moments can be a bit rough at times (we are social creatures, after all) but I feel being by yourself is quite beneficial. It allows you to deal with things that you never can when with someone because of the distraction -soulsearching, I s'pose.

It's funny, too, because I've been asked on numerous occasions if I'd want to roomie with a friend or two again, and it just does not hold my interest. It isn't so much that I'm anti-social, but I just feel the need to have a place that I can call my own (even if it is a rented apartment). Most of my life it's just been a bedroom with some comprimise in the living room. Not any more, though. When folks drop by, they are seeing a place that represents me 100%. This, above all else, is the main reason many people get places of their own.

Probably the only time I'd feel compelled to live with someone again is if I'm with a significant other.

I love living alone. It's a place like peepoo said, everything will be how I left it, and no matter what is going on in my world, a place where I can go and get peace.

I've never felt unsafe at all. I've never felt lonely at all. I'm pretty busy and when I'm at home I'm generally thankful for the peace.

I do have like a kazillion cats though but they're all old and could care less about me... so maybe that helps, but I doubt it!

walking around naked is the best part at first. i think its an important part of understanding yourself. im a very social person, so i had to get comfortable with a lifestyle where i kept busy with pratical things and personal interests. rather than the rest of my life where i spend the good majority of my time with friends or just people in general.

it is really important to keep a social link. everyone is going to need to take a break and nothing is better for your personal time then to spend it with good company.

i prefur to have roommates and live with friends, but i would sum up that everyone ought to experence living alown.

I lived alone for 7 months when I first moved out.

I went insane.

tho... shannon and steven were over all the time and dave and ryan lived up the street. so I saw them a lot... just lving alone wasn't my thing. it was col to be able to be naked when ever I wanted but.... my place was huged and well...it got very lonely... hell my place didnt even look like it was lived in.

then bob and max moved in and it was dope.

never living alone again.
