Cousins can be SO frusterating.
I don't know what to do now.

I have a younger cousin that is only a year younger than me. (I'm almost 19 and she's 17)Well she's never really been in a REAL relationship so this is her first one. His names Dave. I liked him at first but than he talks down to her and has this thing that he rather talk on msn than talk on the phone. So yeah they are ethier talking on msn or are together... and they only talk about their feelings online. (rather retarded I may say)

Well I started to hate him because well... maybe I'm jelous... I don't know. But she ALWAYS cancels on me! We were suppossed to go to Warped Tour together... canceled. She was suppossed to go to Merrit Fest with me this summer and than go camping up in Horse Fly lake... cancelled... than she wanted to come to this french festival (we're french alright) with me and said she would... than "Dave really doesn't want to go so I'm not going to go." Like fuck...! I'm totally sick of it! I was so surpirsed when she actually came too Dooms Night with me... fuck!

Anyways so we were suppossed to hang out on Sunday and on Saturday night my cell got smashed at a party so I was sorta pissed that I had to buy a new phone on Sunday and I was totally tired and hungover but I still didn't want to cancel so I went to her house. Than she invites Dave over and says well Vlad (my bf) always gets to come... but he ONLY comes when theres a group of people. So yeah we're downstairs the three of us and they're all lovey dovey... and I tell them to stop because its sorta unformoritable (sp?) right... than I was talking to them and he start to go up her shirt so I totally flipped at the both of them and decided just to go home.

Well now she's not talking to me. I said I'm sorry a zillion times, that I handled it way the wrong way... blablabla which I did. I try calling her and she resorts to texting me: "I guess Im just not grown up enough for you" and "Trust me you don't even know what I have to say to you"
BUT FUCK I DO WANT TO KNOW and her being liek this is actually making me think that she is infact not mature enough for me. So she won't answer me and I don't know what to do now. I don't want our friendship to end because she's mad at me that I flipped and I don't like her bf.

You seem to be really close with her. I am a few years older then you guys and I remember all this stuff happening when I was younger.
She is being a bit immature, but I think you are taking it to personally. She will learn and make her mistakes. My best friend and I both went though it all. At times we were putting boyfriends first and partying before each other. We did split apart for a bit; but we both grew up and are still the best of friends.
I think just give it time. Hepefully she doesnt stay with this guy a long time.

Just tell her you miss her and that she shouldnt revolve her whole world around a guy.

My family and our cousins are engaged in a lifetime feud over an inheritance battle. We were never close before, but we're miles apart now. Lets just say no one speaks to anyone and we find out secondhand if one of them gets married.

This is the only part of your post that caught my attention, the rest seems like you are complaining that your cousin has a boyfriend who she wants to spend lots of time with. That's what people do when they start dating. I'd suggest talking to her and telling her that you want to see her more often and warn her that if she spends too much time with her new man, that they will get sick of each other and break up.

Or you could call your Aunt and tell her that her daughter is a slut, then she'll get grounded and she won't be able to see anyone for a while, except family of course.
