His track ‘fresh’ made a huge impact on Shambhala last year and is still one of the funkiest tracks to date. Somewhere between huge sub base and sexy funk you will find Dave Dub. Oct 14 Third Eye Tribe with Sticky Buds and Resistance Third Eye Tribe is a collaboration project of underground hip-hop, dancehall, dub, 2-step, and dubby techno. Spearheaded by the audio alchemist Jacob Cino. Gruf will then join the duo, performing material from Hopeless, Druidry, and songs with Pip from fermented reptile and Break Bread projects. Finally, Hunnicutt will end the night by spinning some hip-hop for the dancefloor. I've had the opportunity to play at this club (had a blast) and have also attended while I've been in town on other occasions.
Higher Ground is def top notch and I highly recommend that anyone heading out that way check this out.
