hearing a new track for the first time at an outdoor party is so good!

i remember the first time i ever heard murder in the jamrock
it was when dj quest played it last summer at shambhala
i was at the back of the village (on the platforms) and i ran up to the stage and yelled, "marcus, what the f#ck was that?!"
he smiled cheekily and told me it was the new cut & run
and i bought a bunch as soon as it came out (such a good track!)

We are planning a house party the night before in North Nanaimo. People should come to the island for the whole weekend!

We need some more dj's

And to get in will be on donation and we will most likely get kegs.

Everything and anything except top 40 rap.

House, electro, 80's, old school hip hop, breaks, some dnb, some current tracks like Gorillaz, Gwen, etc would be dope!

Lots of lyrical tracks are needed for this crowd.

^ Sweet. I asked Steve-O but they are going to be so busy and want to rest before the party.

Matty is going to spin, you can, Dabbler will prob come over a night early. My buddy Jesse will spin house, maybe Deliverance will come over for the weekend.
Ohhh, we should talk Sully into coming. He has dope tracks for house parties. I know some more people on the island, talk to your friends there too.

sweet georgia brown! im stoked for this party, -moving to china (shanghai) in sept. and what a summer i have lined up to remind me what nature looks like. This party and soundwave are gonna be sick. Both thrown around this beautiful place I call home.
