That's right it's the Victoria Electronic Music Festival! This year it will be happening on both the 5th and 6th right down in Centennial Square.

Vemf Kicks Ass
Been going since friday hitting up EVO then on we went through saturday with 2 parts slurpie 1 part debauchery.
The sun set and rose again drank some more and well... then - here it is the last day for us so hit it hard and pop one Plus some food and maybe vitamens, every one we meet are friends :D sleep? well that depends ;)

I had such a great time. The music on the second day was much better. But then again I break out in tears when trance is playing....so that might've explained it. But I didnt show up until late on Saturday anyway, took me 4 hours to get a ride outside nanaimo hitch hiking, it was fucked up.
Anyway, yeah, kickass party - that Ill-eesha chick has some hardcore talent, she sung her own vocals while she was spinning some sick tracks, it was dope. The last DJ of Sunday was awesome too, I couldn't resist the dancefloor then as well. And of course Gumbootz fuckin rocked it hardcore - funky funky tracks, god damn that was a sick set. Big ups to the afterparties at both places. I noticed the music tended to swap per night. Saturday night Hush had pumping toons while the Jungle was a bit to Junglish for me (clearly I know, but even the breaks stage was a little lacking). Nonetheless Sunday night when Jon-E and Rylan threw it down at the Jungle - got damn they threw it down right. That set was fuckin awesome. It was great when VEMF shut down knowing we could carry on the party at the clubs. Not to mention we camped in a hotel room for the night of Saturday which was great - except the fucking dumbasses at travellers inn left a used coffee filter in the coffee pot and garbage under the bed - fuckin sick. drank sooooo much this weekend :). Carolynn: you made my weekend, so much fun partyin it up with you both nights - god damn that was fun. Monica - l had such a great weekend we busted it out nice. Alex: drinkin it up and partyin it hard yet again :D. Andy: I shouluda kicked you out of the hotel room :P juss kiddin man. had a fun time thx for the ride back, thx for ditchin me on the way there :P lol. made for an adventure for sure. Crystal: it wasnt an apex but we rocked it like it was:). Matt - it twas fun. again we go at it at dust up 2 I imagnie? Matt and Em - great seein you guys again its been too long. same with berta and jess and everyone else from vic damm that was a fun weekend.
