amon tobin coming to vancouver june 22nd!

just saw on ticketmaster that amon tobin is coming to the vancouver international jazz festival playing at the commodore on june 22nd.

i saw him last time at the jazz festival and it was awesome. hope he plays stuff from foley room.

amon tobin is a wonderful producer but I'd rather see Kid Koala actually DJ - guy is an amazing performer with some incredibly creative turntable skills. I've seen Amon Tobin play twice and he's a decent DJ but all he really does is play tunes.

Think I'll just get the 4-pack and see amon tobin, kid koala, mike relm, and maybe tortoise or antibalas play...
