thrash metal...

I love metal, but thrash metal in particular never really used to interest me... but now that I've been jamming with a thrash manic I find myself getting really into it... I have "raining blood" and "god hates us all" by slayer almost on repeat right now, and I find myself listening to a lot of old metallica and testament... and the list grows everytime I go play guitar with this guy...

My band has a song that I wrote thats a total thrash tribute to Metallica. Kill 'em All is alway a regular in my CD rotation. May get bashed for it but some of the songs off of St Anger are some great raw thrash i.e Sweet Amber.
