Techno Trip = Chris Sheppard pre-PRS. Then during the PRS run he came out with Destination Dancefloor.

Then he started doing Groove Station and Club Cutz and it was all downhill from there.

The last PRS was pretty good. Really good house on the most part. But he worked in Firestarter, so I was happy....

This was in... 96? So about a year before FotL came out. And that was after a year of searching for ANYTHING Prodigy, who I became obsessed with in 95 after hearing the Hackers Soundtrack.

BKS was in The Techno Trip. VERY different than the Astroplane era stuff.

And Love Inc. Heheh. It's like... "Let's make BKS even MORE overproduced!" But I really like Broken Bones.

Never got much into acid myself, but I'm still a bit of a drug n00b I suppose. Did acid twice. Enjoyed it, but not enough to really crave doing it again any time soon.

I've been listening to a lot of Chemical Bros. lately, as I recently downloaded Surrender, a CD I bought a while ago and lost.

haha i totally forgot that bks turned into love inc. that was a good cd...bks that is.

Really? I found the same problem with Prodigy's latest CD.

Chemical brothers keep a lot of noise around their music, but they still keep that driving funk to it, and keep it interesting. Which is more than I can say for teh Prodigy as of late....

WHAAAAAAAAA?

No daft punk? Jesus, boy. You're losing all over.

Prodigy came out with an album this year called Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned. There's about 2 songs that I thought were worth much.... The rest of the CD, IMHO, licks balls compared to Jilted and Experience. About half the songs I outright dislike, the rest is alright, but nothing at all grabbing.

I've seen pieces of Smack My Bitch Up and haven't seen the other one.

I've only really seen Firestarter and Breathe, as those came out in the era that I actually watched muchmusic.
