Heh.
Raves generally don't happen at clubs. Vancouver doesn't really have a rave scene anymore. Just a few annual massives (Apex, Soundwave, etc.) and clubs. The afterhours scene is pretty bumping though, and is where most of the "oldschool ravers" have ended up. Why is it that everybody thinks that nobody does drugs at the club? Why does everybody forget that alcohol is a worse drug than 90% of the alternatives out there? |

Well that's the thing. We might have a few complainers that would like to see KISS continue to be at Riverside or it to be moved to maritime like all the other events. (I don't have a quarter million to move it to the PNE)
However for the most part, the regulars who have been to all my parties and made them the success that they were by providing the right vibe and atmosphere have let me know that they'd rather not pay $80 a ticket for Riverside. Times have changed and I'm adapting with the change. Waldorf is great because it's multi roomed, large capacity and isn't a Granville club where KISS wouldn't make sense to be in! So where as there are a few people who don't like this idea most people have given an awesome response! It looks like we're going to see the whole crew there haha That being said anyone who is going please join the Facebook event, you can find it by searching KISS 2008 in the search box. Please inviter your friends as we're not rpinting flyers and relying heavily on word of mouth and internet! |

Looks like I am going now due to the new line up in the 3rd room. Also Babu I am down to see and being able to drink at Kiss is cool. I always enjoy the waldorf.
Also there may be a b-day celebration for a close gal we all know. We will see! |
