Ok, so as far as the event itself, it was alright, the sound wasn't that great, but it was good times in other departments. Saw alot of familiar faces and definitely had some good laughs.
John - good chatting with you outside, thanks for the scarf :) Kenji - you're awesome and always partying hard, thanks for the text message at 2 in the morning, made me smile Carlos - good set, for what I saw of it, they wouldn't let me in until 9:45, none the less good to see you again for sure Jess - you're beautiful, you already know this, great seeing you as always George - pleasure my friend, good set, again from what I saw Blake - Haha, you were totally working the dance floor tonight, have fun getting up at 6... I feel for you man Shayna - aww sweetie it was great seeing you again, hope the picture of us turned out Mandy - good to dance with you as usual Shell - Happy fucking birthday, hope it started off well! Matty - always good to see your smiling face, you should have been breaking dancing though, I was disappointed Natalie - Aw, good to finally see you again!!! Haven't seen you in so long, good to dance again for sure, come out more often Marty - haha good to re-unite and some what remeet Chad - your tattoo looks awesome I think I covered pretty much everyone. The music was good, but there were some times when my ears wanted to scream in pain, I think the sound people were having issues and the drinks weren't that cheap this time around... that made me kind of sad. Anyways, work tomorrow requires me to go to bed, see you all at the next one, or whenever all you fnkers decide to get together. On a side note - these new ads really suck |

^ thx Sandy! I had a wicked time too... the sound was a bit much at times, thinking there should have been more time in ironing out the kinks... OVERALL it was a great time, the vibe in there was awesome. Gigantor of Evol Intent killed it, stand up guy aswell. Great seeing everyone there, quite the turnout! Big ups Pete Flex, Slim Pickins and Matty Cue, FR and Rype great show... glad to be part of it.

heh i agree that the sound was kinda off ;/ and teh drinks were kinda pricey compared to the last time there.. its all good I got gigantors siggy :O now only it would have been better if aj and nick were there :)

Went there to see my 1st dnb show in about a year.
Paid $15 to get in. The Advertised $2.50 drinks were actually $4. The bartender was fucking rude about it. They woulden't let Mushmellow in because she'd been drinking. So we left. went to Buffalo club and had a blast. I was really looking forward to some dnb. Never returning to gecko again. |

Big ups to everyone who came out. I woke up with no voice from screaming. Yes it was ghetto, but I don't care, it was still light years above the met ;) Evol Intent tunes on loud speakers make me happy. They also make me whack people on the dancefloor (sorry guys!). I was less than impressed with the bartenders this time. Where did that awesome guy from last time go?! Security was decent though, they dealt with issues pretty professionally IMO. And to the person who complained about you friend not getting in while drunk....It sucks, but it's the law and I'm glad they were doing their job and not allowing for bad things to potentially happen. shouts to all my favorite friendly faces: peteflex, slim pickins, C_squared, krusha of course, chiXor, justShell, neoh, gratia, muffy, sarah, lady dame, soda, dabbler, flowpro, leebrat, tiedye, projectone, mike ill, 3207321C, Revolver, ppcock, b0ld, angst, B.Traits, auto, ninja, trixx, ill-esha annnnd I have to get back to work so please don't murder me if I didn't mention you. |
