I don't think Kraig said they weren't fun, or that they didn't bring a good vibe. He just said they kind of smell.

I hitched a ride home from Shambhala in a hippy wagon. They were really nice people, but they smelled.

Grapes nailed it -- it was a joke overall although I heard the smell factor is quote a common occurance. Who said anything about vibe?!? I'm sure Shambles peeps have awesome vibe and heard the vibe at this show was also great.

Well... although I wasn't there, in reviewing things with Azim that went down as pretty much the largest club based Breakbeat focused show in Vancity!

Just shy of a 1000 peeps!!!! WOW. Thanks to all of you who supported and came out. The extra cash we spent on sound and staging also clearly paid off.

It's proof that if the two biggest breakbeat promoters come together than great things can happen!

Bassnectar delivered the goods, but Fort Knox Five was a pleasant surprise.. just fun, funky breaks fo dat ass.

Excellent times all around, in spite of the staff, who were mostly a bunch of angry trolls.
