ok this post is really boring now.....wel i just really go to parties still just for the breakbeats i love them so much and where else am i going to go get them...at a top 40 club ya right....well thats the only reason i go to parties is to breakdance and listen to breaks and to support the best female break dj vancouver has to offer dj chichi......she has come along way with djing and she has so much more to bring....welll props to alll breakbeat lovers......peace......and you know wat fighting and politics are fucking bullshit and should not be involed in this type of scene...so why doesnt every just chill and soke up the mother fucking beats and just dance the night away......music is pure freedom and dancing is pure sole.....enough said i am out.....peace

Yeah Im pretty good with Azim as well! But I dont think that my partys are something you would or could compare to a twisted show, because ther diffrent type of shows, & any promoter will tell u that! But you called me last night & cleared shit out so its cool

honestly nolan. how can you call someone "your boy" when they say something like this? you know this person, they do something like that, boast about it, and you STILL call them your friend and back them up??

Wow... in reading post, after post in this thread it confirms why in some cases, the scene is the way it is now. This kind of drama just didn't happen, both in the "rave" or Hip-Hop scene.

Dustin - thanks for the words on our parties, it is much appreciated and of course your continued support is appreciated as well. K2's Production Company Maxed-Out shouldn't even be compared to Twisted as they are two completely different things. If Twisted were throwing smaller, underground-style parties then I would agree.

Of course EVERY one is entitled to listen and attend what clubs/events that they want so really why stir shit up on either side? Violence is certainly the last thing that will resolve anything and from the sounds of things, certain people thought otherwise.

My point is, posting something on an electronica/rave related site, slamming people who are trying to make the best of what's left of that scene and saying "ravers suck" and you can't dance and anything you do we can do better makes just no sense to me. Now if people from F&K were posting on some Hip Hop site slamming that scene then I could totally understand. Dustin, if you don't like what you see, then don't attend the parties... K2's included. If you don't like what you read or see on this site, then don't visit it and bring down the vibe of the site overall by posting what you did previous. Just a thought.

you shouldn't define yourself by who you know. now i didn't go to jb2 nor am i attending spooky whatever number it's at now. but i do know this...the first jungle breakdown was a kickass party. much better than whatever number spooky i went to.

Id have to say otherwise... I find that when I watch Michelle play, shes playing the tracks that just came out while Lisa is playing the tracks that have already been played out.. I like watching Michelle play cause i find it more exciting to see a dj play shit i havent heard before.
