I think I'm addicted

they're still like.....well.....raves.....real raves

I'm not talking USC, that show is sick but more like summerlove

I'm talking about the small parties out here 600 to 1000 people
reminds me of the days when raves were so innocent and funloving!

I encourage everyone to try and make it out for the smaller shows in seatown,......trust me you won't regret it!

the venues are cool and alot more plentiful than van, and they're legal

the locals in seattle are awsome, so many awsome dj's i've never heard of...it must be something in the water there

the crowd is awsome.....unfortunatly theres no asian circle of death...but THEY DO HAVE REDNECK HICKS!!! with deep american accents

they're so much fun to fuck with, they believe us canadians still live in igloo's! hyuck hyuh hyuck

Roadtrip MArch 17th anyone?

Thankyou Dave, you make me realize just how spoiled I well, all us Seattle kids are to have such status with our scene =)
I encourage you to attend more often. you make parties that much more enjoyable.

I went to a party in LA about two years ago..... now that was crazy! Too big and not anything I would ever want to do again but a Seattle trip, I think I could handle that!

I've been to 4 Seattle parties. The vibe there is a lot better. I like meeting new people and they seem to be more open. Of course, I'm Canadian, and American's seemed surprise when I tell them that.

No "Circle Of Death" like Dave said, but a lot of Candy Kids. Also lots of bar stars because you can't club till your 21. American's do not dance. There are the odd ones that break dance, but most of them do not.

But seriously, if you havent been to a Seattle party, I suggest you check atleast one out. If you miss home that much, I'm sure you'll hear a Vancovuer DJ, cuz there headliners sometimes. heh.

I've been to a couple of Seattle parties, too...and I pretty much agree with most of what Tim just said ^ :c-tard:

I've had a wonderful time both times I've gone down there...and now I'm considering making it down for Baby Anne and DJ Icey...because I *heart* breaks!

Werd man, I think its cause youve had a healthy dose of our scene and your still unfamiliar with the Seattle scene.. After hittin a bunch of parties there you will see that its the same party no matter where you go.

i know what's good and what's bad in our scene
the bitter kids are the screwups of our scene
the gov't regulations , and lack of demand/population
i kno we hav wicked djs
dood, i'm from vancouver, why can't i diss my own city?
i can say vancouver sucks shit as much as i want
but i don't kuz i know it's the best city to live in despite our dumbasss government and their badass decision making skills

If you truly want to experience the VIBE that is the Seattle Scene... check out a TRWICKED or a Lovetribe party. Ask anyone that has been before... the VIBE is sooo thick you can cut it with a knife.

Lovetribe's next event is Lucky Charms 2 (march 21st), their one year anniversary. Appearing is Vinylgroover (yay!!!), DJ Irish, Bazooka Joe (from San Francisco), and Vancouver's own DJ Cinto! Check their thread, they are offering a nice discount with Canadian ID.

TRWICKED's next event is April 5th (Something Wicked This Way Comes). A lot of Seattle Superstars will be on hand, as well as Tim C from Radio Midlands, UK! He rocked the hell out of Imperial Wickedness and Gracias, we had to have him back again.

We also have another party in the works for May 16th (rumble!). Confirmed so far: AK1200, Elixer, and more to come!
