It's been almost a week since the party went off, but I think it's due time that I posted some thanks to the people who work hard last Saturday. I've been working and recouperating since the party, and haven't really had a chance to hit the computer til now...
Thanks to SwingKids - Avana and Salim for putting their butts on the line and pulling off this crazy event. You two were the true backbone of it all. Thank you again for all your hard work and believing that this could happen. Next... Lex. What can I say babe. Thanks for not losing it. :kam: I think if you did... I would have. Thank you for having a strong head on your shoulders and doing your best, like always, and making this one of our best and most learning experiences in a long time. :kimmie: "This was a true test". Olivia: Thank you for helping, even when you weren't asked to. Thanks for making sure that I wasn't pulling my hair out. You're the best. Bev: Thanks for helping with ticket sales. YOU ARE THE QUEEN OF TICKETS! And for the paper... so sad that I didn't get to use any of it. Again, you pulled through for me... much appreciated. Christine: Thanks for lending our stage those decks at the last minute. You ROCK! And you had the trance rocking til the "real" hours of the morning. Winston: Thank God you got there when you did... sound check and all. Thanks for the paper... the camera... and your blue hair  Did you have fun slapping 200 asses all night?Myles: Thanks for producing those fabulous passes. I was mauled by people at the door for 30mins asking me if I could sell the DJs ones to them. Props to your masterminding computer skills. Thanks to all that help support the FNK stage - selling tickets, volunteering, running around, spinning... anything. You are all that made our stage stand out from the rest.
