Sure the venue may have been free, but do you think lighting and sound and concession items and DJs are all free, too? Twenty dollars is nothing, it's fucking peanuts. A 40 minute call to my boyfriend overseas costs me more than that! I will refer back to my earlier comment - maybe if you had a job you'd understand.



Did it ever occur to you that maybe they didn't want to cause a huge scene at their party? Maybe they actually wanted to have fun during the course of their party and then clean up after you disgusting pigs later?

Aside from the whole rave aspect of this, don't you people realize how hard it is for schools in the public education system to get anything in the first place? The staff of Douglas was kind enough to lend us the venue, then some lame ass ravers with no respect come in and vandalize what they were acutally lucky enough to get from the government in the first place! That's so hurting.

I highly doubt that you would have tagged your mom's picnic table or hot boxed your dad's car, so why would you disrespect anyone else's property?

And I get pissed off when people give ravers bad vibes...this is just proof that half of the time they probably deserve them.

Now I remember why I stopped going to raves - not 'cause I didn't have fun, but because some people in the scene are huge fucking losers who don't care about anyone or anything but their selfish selves.

I don't like reading it either, but a review is a review.. positive or negative. And the events under discussion did happen at the party, so its not really fair to delete some comments just because there's lots of hate. Its bound to happen anywhere on this board anyway. Impossible to moderate.

No matter what though, these two girls threw an awesome party and there are way more of us that had a good time than those who didn't. So :P to all the haters.

Actually we had asked Shannon not to hotbox the elevator once we caught her coming out, all parties involved in the conversation were cool and she said not to worry about it again. So we all went our ways, then we saw her leaving again - which kind of ticked us off after she had said she wouldn't do it again. But you know what, it's done - it's over. So let's leave it that way.

Secondly - I am one of the two people behind the party and I have you know I DO NOT DRINK - so you must be confused. And for everyone we caught with drinks - we made them drink before they came in. I don't know who you are, but I'd appreciate it if you knew your facts before you came in here and said stuff like this.


As for everyone else - I'm glad you either had a good time or you didn't. We tried to put on an event show casing what the dj's on FNK had - and well I think we did a shit good job - if you don't your entitled to your opinion.

Theres something about going up to a bunch of kids (who very well could be carrying machetes) and telling them what they're doing is wrong.
