Im Funk'N' sorry -Funk Me make up party
I would like say thank you to everyone who supported Funk Me and Swift Beats, Funk Me was on track for being a great party . Unfortunately it was shut down because we did not have enough fire exits when the po inspected the place . Once again I would like to say " fuck the police" :P .
But we have a plan to make it up to all the people who got stuck downtown , paid for a ticket and didn’t even get to go ,or other shitty things that should not have happened. We are planning a great make up party so you can really see was Swift Beats can do. - There will be the djs that didn’t get to spin plus a special surprise dj. - 5 dollar limited tickets to people who bought tickets or paid at the door - Full free concession including unlimited water,pop,and food - And what ever else we can think of to make up for what happened Anybody who bought a ticket or paid at the door please call me and I will hook you up with a $5 dollar ticket there are limited tickets and we are doing our best to make sure that every one who bought tickets or paid at then door get these tickets. If there is any room for door sales it will be $10 @ the door. It is guaranteed that I will loose money off this event but I don’t care because I just want people to know that we care about what happened and we are doing our best to make it up for it in case anybody is wondering we lost a good amount of money off funk me that is why we are not refunding people. o ya and attila by bashing all other production companies including twisted , agro, shy brothers and others and doing stupid this like heating out venues, pulling plugs of sound systems and other disrespectful things like that you are only going to cause many enemies for your self ( you already have)
you are going to hurt the party scene which we really don’t need. We are up for a great year with many awesome parties to come . So stop dicking around because people are not going to take it ,you are going to end up getting hurt. As promoters we need to stick together and work together to keep everything going good. Well It sux that I couldnt make it peeps I shoulda Came I was at home and had the worst last night ever got ditched like 4 times and then B-rad brought sum gurl ova oh god was my last night the shits I sat there and wanted to cry lol thats how bad it was. Then I called Attilas phone and sum doode answerd and hung up on me then called CrazE Daves cell and I got the wrong # I think and blah blah anyways sux to hear that it got shut down anyways peace ya'll msg me if ya want and I'll give ya my new #

Well.. I know it's not really my business... well sortah i was in the middle of my set when it happened and as a fellow promoter in Van-City, I don't think Attila would that low and call the cops. The cop shop is only a few blocks down the Street and they are always swarming in that area. I used to work in that Area going from business to business with Canadian Springs, and this is during the day, and cops are always driving by every single street in that area every 10 mins!
I mean we drove but only because I had to work till 11 that night and then play at 12 ish... didn't really give me much time, but I parked a few blocks away and could tell that there was a party going on. I could feel the bass only two blocks away! I'm not hating on anyone here, but in an area like that, esp. being in VANCOUVER you need a permit for one and two.. almost everyone knew it was UNDERGROUD. I guess it had just been soo long since someone has throw and UNDERGROUD party of that size... Oh well right? I'm Ready for the make-up party! Cinto |
