so.. wut a fuckign weekend.. first it started off w/ going to band competition and winnign first place getting home at 8:30pm (waking up at 4:30am that morning) takign a shower, getting reayd and then leaving for plaza..... got to plaza at about.. 12am cuz i met up w/ ppl.. going into the VIP lineup.. being SMOOSHED.. grabbed, touched, violated, elbowed... then finally at like 1:45am me and my best friend leave the line up goto the reg line up.. bitch at the security guard.. and then eventually he took us w/ him to the vip door and told us to pretend we were his cousin, so we skipped the line up and got searched and went in....
the whole nite was awesome.. sum of u girls need to get sum STYLE.. putting rags on and thinking that "outfit" is original and "cool".. u needa get a life.. cuz those outfits r hurting, ugly, and look like i jus puked...and not to mention their not original if u see like 438909231 girls wearing the same outfit but in different colors... the music was pretty good i liked twisted better.. but i still liked this music.. the breaks room was dope... battling that lil tramp was great fun..haha.. Bebu.. it was a good battle... jus dun touch the hat ever again.. not cool! lol i took lots of time and effort making it! lol to all the ppl i saw.. yes i kno i cant remember alot of the ppl cuz i was so god damn high.. i would fall over... ye the fight w/ Myles.. never happened... jus to damn high lol anyways i came home and passed out.. woke up and then Willis called me like 10mins after .. went to blaze w/ Shanon, Steve... came home.. now ima go make munchies then pass out.. !$!$!- HOLLA -!$!$! So i'm in the smoke pit smoking and all of the sudden Jovi runs out and yells "Erin Sweet Dreams is on!!"
I'm sorry if I knocked you over while running full speed into the bc room. It had to be done. I don't think there could have been a better last song played in that room. I still can't believe I raved till the music stopped. I haven't seen a morning at Plaza in a long time. Jake, watching the sun rise with you was the best part of the night. |

That was everything I could have wanted out of my Grand Finale party at plaza, my first party i went to was around this time at plaza 4 yrs ago, i danced so hard!! I wandered a bit 2 which was good i dont usually do that, I saw tonz and tonz of ppl i already knew and met many new ppl...If i saw u, u know who i am...I would do shoutouts but i would b saying hi to everyone i met and saw....It was crazy the amount of ppl there, 5500 that is the most i have ever seen at plaza i think, NYE had alot of ppl 2 but i was fucked up that nite. Last nite was the first time i did drugs at a party since 6 or 7 parties ago, it was good and i didnt overdo it...It was such a good party tho, the breaks room and funky house room rocked!! I wanted 2 hit up the after party so bad,u dont even know, i really was in the mood 2 keep danincing especially to dnb and jungle!! but i ended up with some friends who were not in the mood 2 go and i hadnt quite realized that but we had a fun adventure smoking pot, chillin on rocks in the sun then going mishin' downtown and shit... i cant believe blunt brothers, amsterdam cafe, buzz and spirit within have all burnt down!! thats ridiculuos...but anyways i had fun sketchin in the sun...My best friend Nadia was at the party with me and i saw her maybe 3 times the entire nite but overall i had tonz of fun and even with the plaza gone the scene will still b good and maybe a bit more underground which i dont mind, we will find some good ne venues and that was a good send off!!

Well its 4am monday morning and im gonna try and finally sleep now lol. I had such an awesome time! It kinda sucked always losing my freinds since u guys all seem to wander like i do now, but thanks kamal for putting up with that haha my bad. So glad that Steve-0 made it and thanks for the candy :) Neal thanks for the candy too hehe. Well im gonna pass out... shoutouts to all that i saw and met last nite! i just dont have energy to write it out.

I would have to say this was my #1 party overall. Thank God We desided to leave early for this one. We Ended up next in line after a group of people it was great. Everything Went great. The set up was awsome "real plants" the visuals were great. nice touch with the visuals on the roof. Tripped right out on them. The Blue, Purple, Green, Stroblights were awsome. Sound was awsome could not hear when it was all over. Even at 8pm before i went to bed i could still hear the bass in my head it was great. The Night was even better when they played my fav track Bueatiful Things at the end. Very nice choice on last track. But I wish it didnt End. I am gonna Miss Plaza of Nations. The Little Bird that Told me there was an Extra 2 hours Lied. I would have to say that i meet way more people last night then i did any other Rave. This was my 7th Rave so that is alot of people to meet. I cant remember everyones names. But to all the Guys that i saw from GP. Hope u all hada great night. Best part was everyone that i came with we didnt want the night to end so we went to a local park and chilled all day. For like 12 hours. Made my come down even better then last time. We sat there just remembering the night all the highlights. The Plaza is gonna be missed by 100,000's of people. Lets all pray that last night wasnt the last plaza party. I'll see Everyone at the next Rave.

Well it's now monday morning and I am finally getting to post a little something something on this party.
First and foremost the ticket thing was a nightmare but I hate to say it I kind of saw it comming especially being the last party at Plaza. Thanks to the city for allowing us to finally crank a PA system in the Plaza. After all the years of monitoring the DB levels and being extremly carefull with the sound in particular it was nice for one time to just throw caution to the wind and hear it pound. The set-up in the main room took alot of people a long time and alot of hard work to put together. In fact the entire set-up took four days and was right down to the wire but was well worth it in the end. My shout outs goes to a different beat: Plaza of Nations - Thanks for everything you have stood by the rave scene as long as you could and for that I appreciate it. Bao - Thanks for putting together the last party. Azim - What can be said bro it was the end of the era but a good era at that. Kraig - Well I am just starting to get to really know you with all these parties and you have been a great help and support during the stressful set-up days. Mike and Ben - Thanks for everything that you did for this party looking forward ot your next. Masterplan Productions Crew - What can I say the set-up had it's problems which is expected on a show that is as complicated a set-up as this was but in the end, everyhting loked sharp. Your dedication and commitment to the long days and stress is a sign of how much this scene means to everyone. ENTERPRISE HALL - Well it's been a long road. We have had our ups and downs over the years but you iron beams have held our rigs up strong. We have shock you we have abused you and you have remained intact and asked for more. Those walls have so many stories to tell with what they have seen. I bid you a fond farewell. I hope the casino goers have as much fun as I have had. To the ravers out there. Thanks for being apart of the last party there and closing it out in style. Until the next one you guys party safe. G :060: |

Gary (aka: dj G-Style) is the man behind designing the stages, lightings and visuals that you see in the main room at plaza of nations - grand finale was the best setup i have ever seen in there. period. 8 fuckin projectors in the main room alone and more moving heads then i care to count! |
