I Was Sitting Up In The Seats And The Whole Main Stage Was Just Packed At One Point. That Smoking Section Was Packed. Couldnt Move A Inch Damn. I Didnt Make It To Any Of The Other Stages. But I Heard From A Few Other People It Was Good. N E Ways See U All At IMF. WOW Damn I Mean Apex Must still had been high and thinking about the party shitty. Its All Good. When U Go To A Good Party And Cant Get It Outta Ur Head U End Up Writing It Some How. In My Head Its All IMF IMF IMF IMF IMF IMF Even At Work I had To Get People To Say It All Over Again Cuz I Forgot. BYE :)

the house room was a bit too well lit for my liking, but all the better to see those nekkid girls, eh? lol spent the good last 2 hours in the back corner of the smokepit, totally floored >.< i actually enjoyed the breaks room too! carpet. =D i personally thought this party was better than crave =) my ears are still ringing... you do realize we will prolly all be deaf by the time we hit 50? hahaha mmmm.. BASS. |

What a great night. After 8 hours of sleep I finally feel capable of talking about this show. First off, sound wise, I liked last years setup better. The speakers in the center helped carry the sound a lot better as opposed to turning the front ends all the way up and deafening people. I had earplugs and I can still hear a slight buzz/ringing. The laser setup was good this year. I liked the fact that the stage was not pushed back as far as last IMF, that setup was very impersonal and didn't make for some very good crowd interaction. In terms of the lineup, Vlad, Mike, and Ben threw down some wicked tunes. Honestly the hardest trance in Vancouver comes from these guys. I was also pleasantly surprised by J00F, not being a huge fan of his production (which I find somewhat mellow) I was taken aback by the records he was throwing on. Hard, progressively harder and more and more rocking as he went on. He made up nicely for Brooklyn Bounce's absence. NuNRG put on a great show. I've never seen live PA done well at a massive in Vancouver before, and these two pulled it off very nicely. Also managed to get records signed by them, which was nice. Guyver seemed to get a mixed reaction from the crowd. I, personally, loved the fact that he was throwing on so many well known tracks, it made his set really easy to get into. He played quite a bit of his own production which was good, because that's what people know him for. He was also very gracious and paused for pics and more record signings, which is always cool. Went in briefly to see Soul of Man as well and from what I heard he was rocking. Glad there were no headliners at this show with this whole Oakenfold snob attitude that a lot of us had to put up with last week. Jimmy, awesome way to end the night and pick up the slack left by BB's absence. Dropping Sunblind 2003, wow, that track goes off so hard, loved every minute of your set, although i didn't have the energy to dance for a portion of it. All in all a great show. Good hanging out with all my close friends: Mel, Neoh, Jac, Jeff, Peter, Shawn, Sean, Julie, Vlad, Matty, Mikey, etc Sry if I missed you. Vlad, looks like we finally found you a woman ;) Hope everyone else had fun too, IMF 2005 anyone?

I hung out in the main room mostly... as always. Highlight of the night: J00F. He fuckin owned the place. Playin dark crazy shit throughout his entire set. Even sounded psychedelic at times. Pounded the fuck outta everyone. Well worth the price of admission. Who needs Brooklyn Bounce when you got Jimmy Chou... this guy didn't let up eh? Picks up where everyone left off... and that was non-stop pounding hardness. K-Pryde & Mr. Clean: Played a closing set in the 2nd room the way it should be played... really enjoyed what I heard of it. Nice uplifting dnb to send everyone home with a smile... Gonna post up pictures and videos soon. IMF owned. |

ok IMF2004...i can was was a good party
Fusion Dreams still was better ;) the night was full of different occurances and other shit to start off the night, i was impressed with the house room, even though i spent a total of 3 min in the dance floor.... breaks was quite dope but i still wasnt feelin the breaks that night... Mainstage...i can say i was impressed... but i was expecting more :p The lazers were dope but coulda used more UP and DOWN movments too... Shy Bros....muahahah sensation 2004 theme... i was soo stunned, i was listening to it in the car before i got in to hehe... J00F played harder than what i normally heard... NU NRG...lets just say they grabbed me in with pure thrust in the beggining... beautiful i say...home country brew...ITALIANO Guyver...i wasnt feelin it too much, prolly cause of the comedown and the amount of tracks that ive heard before... TOOO BAD BROOKLYN BOUNCE DIDNT MAKE IT...i was sooo fucking pumped! shout outs...ummm... Mychal - like i said...hooked a bro up... meaning mad karma for me rite?
