Lotus Sunday Night
So who went? What did you think?
It was first time going to the Lotus, I've heard lots about it in the past, but never experienced it. Have to say I've got a whole new flavour for Drum and Bass, absolutely wicked sets! Did some crazy dancing and met some cool people, I kissed a girl too, but never got her number! =P oh well |

yeah, the lotus is a great place. it has such a wonderful dirty underground feel. sunday night was a little hard for my taste, but i still had a good time. stomped it out hard. :D

aphrodite wasnt there.. general malice was the headliner for the party.
That was my first time to go on a sunday.. met some tct and some alla and some other rad people. I hated the music after 10 minutes. Most people looked like they were carrying 9's. Fortunetly angus came to celebrate his birthday so we pounded down booze hoping the music would get slightly better, they played some hardcore for about 3 bars and then the rest jungle. I wont go again but I will go for trouble on wednsdays! |

^ Wednesdays are super fun as well... well for those people that aren't partial to DnB. I enjoy Wednesdays a lot... you should go! Bolster the numbers of attractive ladies that are there. :D

I have a hard time liking the Lotus. I just can't get over the slimyness of the place. When you can take a look around and either see people shooting up in the back of the club or others sitting on the disgusting floor cause they are so fucked. Granted I've only been to the Lotus about 4 or 5 times but everytime I went there it just seems like a glorified crack den!
